I handcraft every product in a small workshop in Kildare, confident in the craftsmanship, materials and tools, I hold the belief that it is BUAN’s responsibility to offer a lifetime warranty on any product I make. This means that I will repair any material or construction faults free of charge, excluding shipping fees.
BUAN strives with best efforts to make products tough as nails. With that said I recognise we are working with leather and thread and sometimes despite my best effort in sourcing the highest quality materials, things can still potentially break. Damage or wear and tear through years of use and adventure can be fixed with BUAN’s repairs service.
